Quilt Camp

Last weekend I joined my mom, aunt and their friends at quilt camp. This group of fabulous and talented ladies get together a couple of time a year for inspiration and fellowship. I was so excited to be invited! I had a project in mind and started it a week before camp so I could finish it there and use my mom long arm machine to quilt it.

Here is my bicycle quilt I made. See my silly bird in the corner? Gotta have a bird! I am hand sewing on the binding right now in bright orange.

Here is my aunt (and mom behind her) getting ready to quilt her wonky cross quilt on the long arm.

So, My super talented friend, Rachel, and her sister are trying out for The Voice. I think they are so amazing and I even like their versions of these songs better than the original. Check them out! The more views they get on You Tube, the better chances they have. So watch them everyday!
